A university’s graduation rate illustrates the level to which its students are satisfied with their educational journey and have the support they need to succeed. Within eight years, 72% of UMass Global full-time students graduate, and 59% of overall students (part- and full-time) graduate.
A university’s student loan default rate is a surprisingly accurate gauge of alumni success, as it measures the percentage of graduates who fail to pay back their student loans. At UMass Global, our student loan default rate is 48% lower than the national average. This illustrates the fact that our working students use their new degrees or certificates to their advantage, progressing in their jobs and their ability to repay their student loans.
