Santa Cruz Sentinel: Brandman alumna chosen as superintendent for Northern California school district

The Santa Cruz Sentinel reported on Brandman alumna Daisy Morales being selected to be the Live Oak School District’s next leader.

Morales said she looks forward to the challenge of leading the 1,900-student district.

“I am beyond excited about becoming part of the Live Oak community and engaging with all stakeholders,” Morales said in a prepared release. “During my first 100 days, I will focus on listening to learn, learning to grow, and leading to engage and plan so that working together we can create the conditions for all students to be successful.”
