Servant Leadership
Examine Servant Leadership as a leadership style and understand the concept and benefits.
Course Description
As a servant leader, you’re a “servant first.” Servant leaders focus on the needs of others before their own. They acknowledge other people’s perspectives and give them the support they need to meet their work and personal goals. While examining servant leadership as a leadership style, you will identify the characteristics of servant leaders, and discuss how to apply this leadership style to your personal practice.
